•    The equipment used in the laboratory and the operations performed are subject to the standard procedures laid down in EU legislation in the field of stem cell collection and preservation.

Because we always place customer interest above all,
•    We process all units of placental blood with a minimum volume of 5 ml as a smaller number of stem cells can also be useful in certain situations.
•    Placental blood storage is done INTEGRALLY because this is the safest way of keeping the transplantation graft in good conditions. By reducing the volume 10-15% of mononucleate cells are lost.
•    We offer parents the possibility to opt for the place of storage in Romania (Cluj and Bucharest) and Slovakia.

Because we believe that childbirth is a special moment that should not be charged with financial responsibilities
•    We do not accept any payment in advance or immediately after birth. The services provided are charged only after the issue of the official certificate attesting to the successful completion of all procedures for the processing, storage and quantitative and qualitative assessment of the sample.
•    Payments are made in one instalment or in three consecutive instalments, without interest or other financial obligations.
•    We believe that it is not ethical to charge the storage fee in advance, for a service that has not been provided yet
•    If contamination of the sample is identified, this sample is stored under quarantine, and parents shall not pay anything else for the services provided
